Changes required in my website!!

Hello, i am looking to modify my newly created classified website , i would like to modify and implement new changes in my website, my website is [login to view URL] and i would like to make frontpage of my website look like another website [login to view URL], i would like to add map on frontpage with all cities on it, i am looking to give my website completely professional look and make it look similar to locanto, in locanto you can see clearly that when you click on one each city it opens main frontsite with ad categories on it and even when you click on map it takes to same required cities and it might has to be done with subdomains, along with that i mentioned in my project that i need my logo, font style & header style(same as locanto) and most important as you can see my site is 2 column and i need it to be 3 column so i can add sidebars on left hand side as well, if anyone interested in my project please leave message to me with best quotation as my budget range between $200 to $250. 1) Adding cities map on front page. 2) logo design 3) font and page design. 4) header design. 5) left sidebar to add widgets I will wait for your responce.
