Casino Chip & Memorabilia Site

Hi I need a site created to store information regarding casino chips and memorabilia. This is a collection of 8000+ chips, and a lot of other things. All chips and memorabilia are scanned. Required: ADMIN SIDE: 1. Ability to add a region. 2. Ability to add a region to a region. (note, regions will end up in a tree like structure) 3. Ability to add a Casino (ie name, location etc) 4. Add Casino to a region (anywhere on the tree) 5. Add a Casino Chip (includes a whole lot of fields and images) 6. Assign a Casino Chip to a Casino (done whilst adding the chip) 7. Add Memorabilia 8. Assign Memorabilia to a Casino Different tables are required for classifying chips and memorabilia. for example: - colour - chiptype - denominationtype - few others as well etc etc. I have alraedy created an SQL database with the information required. Attached is the Data Dictionary from this. IGNORE THE SECTION/SUB SECTION parts - this is when I was planning on just having sections and subsections (ie, 2 levels) - where as now I need to have multi levels. The database will need to have the ability to add scans of a chip and memorabilia, which will be stored on the file system. Adding chips and memorabilia will be done IN a casino - so that the casino is then already assigned, without having to choose it from a list. It would be extremely cumbersome to add them all and have to select the casino each time. A flow would be : Add a region, say, Australia Add a region TO Australia, say, South Australia Add Sky City Casino to South Australia Click on Sky City Casino and "Add chip" The front end will be done by me, but I need the ablity to query the database quickly and easily. Ie, I will have a map of Australia and I will hard code the link to search the database for that region, etc. In saying that, a "defacto" front end would need to be made up just to show how searching the database would work. I was hoping it could be created in CakePHP, CodeIgniter or another framework like this. Let me know if you think you can do this. If not, that's ok - we can work something out. The main crux of this is the backend/admin which lets the client add what they need, QUICKLY AND EASILY. For your reference, the name of the site is "AUSTRALIAN CHIP GUIDE", or ACG for short. Thanks.
