Cart Developer

Cart Developer Need OS commerce or Zen cart modifying into a fully functional Shopping cart for picture and movie content. Major consideration will be that it must allow upload of content in a specific way nd be able to scan folders for "new sets". Purchaser must be given access to a download folder with a "lifespan" of 24 hours to download their purchase. Cart is currently part developed / installed and needs mid-heavy modification.
