Car Presentation Tool - repost

SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY, if you do not respond with specifics, I will not consider your bid. I am a web developer and I need help with an extra project. I have a few requirements: 1. You must be able to screen share so that I can watch you work 2. You must have an hourly rate. I'm a developer so I know how long things should take. I don't wish to overpay for this project. I need a sales tool for a car dealership built. I have largely designed the way that I want it to work. (see the attached documentation) Serious Bidders only. To prove that you read the description, please write the word unicorn in your bid. The tool works in the following situation: A car sales company wants to sell a car on the internet. BECAUSE this is a prototype assume they only want to sell one car at a time. In order to do this they need to be able to show 3 cars to a customer. They will show 3 cars only. No more and No Less. In order to do this they need a website that will display 3 cars with 4 number fields under each car (see the attachments to see what I mean). They also need information buttons under each car that will allow a person to see more information about that car. Information page layout is attached. The car sales company has a representative that will talk with the customer about the 3 cars. The customer has to follow a certain order. 1. Information on all cars or Selecting a car. No other options will be available until one of these options is picked. Then 2. they may access financial numbers on each vehicle but only one vehicle at a time. Once this is completed, the user can close the window and they are finished. Simple. REMEMBER: This tool is only for the presentation of vehicles in an attractive manner. It only takes what one user types in to the backend and displays it on the webpage. All information about the vehicles is populated through a chron job that is processed every 24 hours. The file received is a CSV file. It is a spreadsheet that contains all information for the vehicles and links to all pictures. This file is attached .csv and you can review it. I am not fixed on exactly what I would use to build this project, I am strongly considering joomla as the following template has most of the functionality built in already.
