Capable / Experienced Wordpress Multisite Developer

Needed: Capable / Experienced Wordpress Multisite Developer that is motivated, and reliable! We are an SEO Firm in NY that handles a large # of small-mid sized websites for our clients that require ongoing maitenance and changes, as well as creation/conversion of websites for new clients. Must be able to: 1) Convert Website from HTML/CSS > Wordpress. Many of our incoming clients have small HTML websites that we need to convert to wordpress to begin to grow. Must be able to look at a standard website, and rebuilding that website to match it in Wordpress. 2) Must have experience in Wordpress Multisite Edition 3) Must understand child themes when needed for design 4) Must understand at least basic use of GIT for Version control 5) Must be available on Skype/Google Talk for ongoing project Management 6) Must be able to complete a project from beginning to end, taking existing site for design, or taking/modifying template choice from customer. 7) Must be a good communicator, able to follow instructions, and reliable! 8) Must be an experienced Wordpress Developer that can hit the ground running with projects, (while were happy to train in future for new technology, we don't have time to train the basics, so please NO ENTRY LEVEL applications). 9) Must know and use Good Wordpress Structure and Development Principals 10) Must be able make BASIC graphic changes, We have a graphics designer on team, but need to be able to make simple changes. 11) Must be able to work on EST (USA/NY Time) day or evening is acceptable but I have to be able to communicate with you daily and ongoing throughout the day 12) Need a Full time person, we have a LOT of projects, a lot of growth and opportunity for a good developer, I need someone who wants a full time long term career, not a side project, or will get it done while still looking at 3 other projects. ** Also will be creating small niche sites, landing pages, etc. Experience in Adsense/Amazon/Clickbank a + but not required.
