CMS Website Plugins

Hello!

I am looking for someone who can complete the following plugins for my website in a short peroid:

Create a script that shows the latest posts/threads from forum on the index of my site

Restrict registrations to IP and E-mail.

Restrict login attempts, and ban by IP

Redeem system that lets users be rewarded by submitting a code.

It's a custom CMS integrated with [url removed, login to view]
