Buying and selling site need (theme + soe + mods)

we need someone to add more pages to our current website, change the theme to something more pleasing, (using css for current one) read below please;

1. when user is uploading their products add few more fields to uploads (database), ajax ratings, calculate the MB of upload size (ajax?), HTML code, also change the editor on website when user is uploading products....+ few other simple fields (we will talk to you)

2. for the soe we want good soe to the items being sold, at the moment its just 1 tittle for all products, so we would like different tittles, so google can pick this up. (example)

all items have discription (this is in h1 tags, would i need to get META description aswell?) i would like meta description to be automatically generated from the description from the file.

something to generate keywords from website, could be anything.

3. for the theme we use css at the moment and it looks quite bad so anything profesional would be nice

4. we would like to add 1 more page for users when logged in, this is to see any of their uploads that are on sale and to delete them, (they cant modify them, only delete)
