Building an on line agenda

We would like to have an on-line agenda created, that looks and works the same as the on-line agenda on [login to view URL] Some of the functionality to give you an idea: Fixing appointments Adding users (each with their own personal agenda) Log-in: Email address + password (can be set and changed by either manager or user) User roles: User (has limited functionality in menus) Manager (has access to all functionality in menus) Each user can have access to any of the agenda’s (manager can set access to who has rights on which agenda) Possibility to place different kind of appointments (categories must be possible to define, add color, value to them) Functionality for adding new clients (first time new client is added to agenda) Sending reminders via mail and / or sms to people, a certain nr of hours before appointments (time also must be possible to set) Please check out the website [login to view URL], you can sign up for a month for free there (and then again for one month), and check out all the functionalities that need to be present, and how they look and work. This functionality and look is the scope of the project. The current site is in french, we will supply you with the english language (site to be created in english). If you want we can also supply any hosting needed. Project to start asap, but please be realistic in your offer (price and number of days). This can not be done in 3 days.
