Hi, I am looking for a coder to create a website that will look like the attached file (I have a photoshop file with this design to send).
What we're trying to do is create a group buying list for real estate in Los Angeles.
Therefore we need to create a website that is informative, looks professional, and has an application form for people to sign up and join the list. (all of these are already included)
Also, we will need to get your help on hosting services and input on mass emailing services.
