I'm looking for a creative, dynamic individual skilled in web development, able to incorporate design ideas and build out a beta site.
Open to suggestions for the best code to use (i.e. html5?), all applicants must have skills and prior experience in that precise code. The website is to be similar to the following websites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] for reserve penny auctions.
This will be Phase 1 of an extensive project, so if applicant does a great job, he or she can expect more projects. This beta site only needs to host one auction at a time (but show all upcoming auctions), and have the ability to accept bids, payment options and security, auction timer functions, reserve price functions and any other requirement to run an actual reserve penny auction (to a limited public initially). It will also need to include the basic pages for Auction sites:
