What I am looking for is someone to create a website that will run video 24/7. So it will be full screen. I should be able to have; - the option to choose what goes on the screen through an admin panel - the option to add announcements on screen - upload new footage - user management - user level groups - create a timeline of what shows on screen - automatically run through all old footage if I have not selected any new/old footage. Do not quote me if you have no clue what this means. However, send me a message and I will explain in depth.
