Require code that takes image as an input and apply bubbles(with couple of types as options ,for users to choose) on top of [url removed, login to view] let users to key in texts in these bubbles to signify expressions.

Apologies to bidders.Due to a slight change of priorities , I will have to focus on an impending need to bring up a fashion web store site online . The aforementioned project will be taken up separately (but would be tagged with the same project). The fashion website has the following features :
>Shopping cart system , that allows users to login or be guest and lets them purchase items .
>Community tools wiki and blog
>A sub domain of the same site that lets users to upload photos and videos
I have already chosen a Prestsahop teme for the website.Will need an expert in PHP , MSSQL and who is well versed with Prestashop system who can customize the site for us with very few needful additions wherever necessary.
