Autopost to Facebook Fanpage/Twitter Account

I currently have a website for free online arcade games ([url removed, login to view]). The backend imports games from Mochi based on my needs. I am able to share links from my website manually, but the thumbnail only generates a generic image of my website. Not ideal when I'm trying to promote new games. So this is where you come in:

I would like to automatically post to my Facebook Fan Page/ Twitter account whenever I import a new game. This post should contain the game's thumbnail image from Mochi, but link to the game on my website. My fanpage is here: [url removed, login to view] You can see how each link is currently showing. Twitter should only link to the game with the Game title and date added to the site.
