Airport Limosiune and taxi service webiste w/ app

I am looking for someone to build a website and lauch to a host that will be opitimized for pwerformance. The website for a Limousine airport and taxi service in a tri county area. Would also like the website to be an app application also. I would like for the client to be able to e mail in their request as for pick up location and drop off location, how many passengers and for us to be able to respond by a form letter via internet (with our company information and price for service)and also to be able to contact the client via phone. So we would need the webiste to able for the client to input all their contact information and anything pertinent to the services needed. We would also like the ability for the client to pay online by credit card and for us to be able to send them a company letter confirmation back to their e mail address. We also have a second job for an auto transport website - check our posting.
