Debug: Excel VBA Add-In Code; only updates worksheet, not workbook.

Attached is an Excel Add-In which contains two a subroutine I need debugged. The XLA contains a module called ‘AddInCode’ that contains all the code for the Add-In. The sub which needs debugging is toward the end of the module and is called “CopyModule()??. The module performs the following task: if a spreadsheet contains custom functions contained in the AddInCode, but is linked directly to another location ??" activating this module essentially clicks EDIT??"LINKS??"Change Source (of [login to view URL]) ??" selects itself (the xls worksheet) ??" and finally sends the keypress F9 to recalculate the worksheet. The function is activated by a button placed in the user’s TOOLS menu. My problem with the function is this: when it refreshes the active worksheet only; NOT the entire workbook. If the user were to switch to another worksheet within the same workbook, it would contain ##### or something in the cells, the user would then have to manually press F9 to update the cells. I want this subroutine to refresh all the cells after it is done. How can I accomplish this. Also, keep in mind, that looping through all the worksheets and pressing F9 on each has occurred to me, but as these workbooks are tens of megabytes large, doing so may take too long and/or be distracting/ugly to the user. This subroutine is desiged so that a user at my firm may click the button and the add-in code is copied to the XLS spreadsheet as a module, then the links are changed so all calls to the functions point to the internal code, not the installed XLA Add-In on their local drive. Doing this permits them to transfer the code to a third-party without that party needing the Add-In installed. Please send me your questions/advise.
