Create a website function from an excel sheet. - repost

The website to be build would look like following:

First page (not logged in) should be about the project (will do that self).

Horizontal links to different standard HTML pages.

Need a payment gateway to Paypal on subscription page.

When subscribed and logged in need following:

It should be a horiszontal menu with clickable links.

THe links are normal HTML pages. One function is what i need developed and supported

The main function of one of the links is to create an online journal.

Where people add items. This is all done in an excel today, but i want this excel dissected, and added so that people can do it online instead.

Each registered user should have their own unique journal. Some of the functions that is on the journal today is not needed to be carried over.

Some of the functions need to be kept, but layed out differently.

I also need to be guaranteed support on the journal for at least 4 months after completion to sort out bugs.

Any support after this will be on a paid basis.. For a good solid freelancer, there is ongoing work with this and other projects.

I will upload the Excel file, its is macro based, so you have to look at it in Visual Basic to get the flow of it.

There are some mathematical calculations that I need you to dissect as well as i havent made the excel (freeware) .
