The key points to this app are the ability to ink/write on an tiff image and the writting is anti-aliased so it looks good. We have a couple other things to add to this but that would be later. We can provide controls for the gui to be like this , by using component one or infragistics but we need you to build everything else. Please note you dont have to make pdf viewer like this app, we just need all same features but for other image files like Tiff. We need the smooth anti-aliasing. Please study the way this works, the way it inks, the way it erases, everything. We need to know the timeline you need and bid amount. Also if you can prove you can figure this out then that proof would be welcoem as well.
