Simple Client Server Chat app witten in VB.Net. Will run on a small network < 20 clients. Consists of a server app capable of hosting multiple TCP connections and broadcasting messages to all connected clients. Ability to send private messages so must return a list of all connected useres to each client. Server app needs dialog to set the port. Client app needs a dialog to set server IP (not host name) and port. Protocol: simple string with a 4 char header delimited from the rest of the string by a colon (or other). Ability to parse the string and invoke methods depending on the 'header' and display the actual message part of the string in a text box. If you don't extensively comment your code, don't bid. Keep it simple. No features that I don't need on a samll network with a few clients.
