Broken pages on Oscommerce - Need Quik Fix!

We have oscommerce installed for our store front. Template addon has also been installed to incorporate our site design. The standard oscommerce design for the website portal is encorporated to display in 3 columns (right, midle, left). I have removed rthe right column to just feature the left and center column with our design. The main page works fine but some of the other pages the tamples are slightly off and broken. I am sure it is a quick fix but I do not have microsoft front page to look at it myself. Wherever the pages are broken I need the html corrected. Please review the attatched document as I included screen shots of the broken pages just to show you what you will be dealing with. +++++ I also would like you to go over the site html and let me know what could be changed to make the site load faster. We are allready on a dedicated server whereas the connection is not shared.
