Hi, We are running a domain registration business and we need someone to help us with customer support. His tasks would be: - password resets - domain configurations - signal issues to us - communication with registries - create invoices - report frequent problems which could be solved/automated These tasks do not usually take more than 1-2 hours per day. The ideal person should have some idea about domain names, be very self organized and fluent in English. We should be able to communicate via email, phone, skype anytime there are problems. We are looking for long term relationship as we will extend the customer support dep and we want someone who can lead it. So please bid with the weekly salary for about 3 hours per day for the moment.
