Creation of new web site + CMS integration

The project entails production of our company website, recommendation of a CMS and setup/integration with the chosen CMS. The task: 1. Develop the web site as described in mock ups and in attached PSD-­-file 2. Recommend a well known CMS tool for content administration of all pages (example Wordpress) 3. After agreeing on CMS, setup and integrate web site with CMS Other requirements: -­- Language support: The solution should support both a Norwegian and an English version of the site. The chosen supplier will need to advise on the best manner to solve this in light of how the CMS is set up. NB: The News and Publications entries does not need to be localized as they will be treated generically on both English and Norwegian site, but all other text needs to be localized easily in CMS somehow.
