Blogger Blog Building

I am looking for a team of highly efficient and accurate data entry personel to help me build a network of blogs. I have a proprietary system that I have developed to make the building of these blogs very fast.

However, it is very important that they are built by hand, and not with a script that automates the process. Each one will take approximately 1 - 2 min to build by hand.

I am looking for a very large volume of these blogs. The successful bidder should consider the time frame needed, and bid according to price/blog.

I am currently in the process of building over 1 million of these blogs, and so someone that has a very large team that can work on this project would be most attractive.

Please consider the innitial project will include building 10,000 blogs. I will hire the top 3 - 5 bidders to complete the project, and then the most successful fastest bidder will receive all of the rest this work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Must be able to create excel spreadsheets, and be very efficient in using online web based data entry tools.
