Auto Submission of Fields from One Webite to Another

Hi Smart Programmers, I have a jobsite which uses Jamit Job Board([login to view URL]). Now, we are exploring an option of auto registration with one major portal. I need a script which enables us to do so. My site job seeker's registration page looks similar to : [login to view URL] I was given with an URL like: [login to view URL] Now, If someone comes to my portal and submits his resume, it should get auto submitted on the URL given to me by taking the appropriate fields from my form.
