Web Based Property Management Software

Web based property management system for a complex of 51 units, each unit will have a android touch tablet which communicates via the wifi in the building, Wifi access points will be available right through the building including the outside and parking lot. Each unit needs to be able to login to the server which is on premises and must be presented with the login page of the complex, a user name and password need to be given out to each unit, once logged in the user will be able to view the features and facilities of the complex including bookings for the services that the complex offers, for eg. a maid service, shuttle, online food ordering and so fourth, everything the user requires will be sent to the server and from then processed to the relevant department eg. front desk and so fourth. The users will also be able to view live statements of their outstanding levy's, and all the charges for the usage of the complex facilities, mobile app or web based software also needed for each users mobile device which via the wifi they will be able to utilize the same facilities that are available on their tablet in each unit, the server will also need login details for the landlord to check up on all units statements, outstanding balances, maintenance requests, camera systems inside and outside the building and for everything to be done via the installed wifi in the building, there will be a few extras that will come into place but this is what i am looking for
