I need to add electronic worksheets to vtiger, these are based on events and tickets.
The app needs to function just like the imanage application but a version for vtiger...
there will need to be some customization to vtiger as i need to capture photos,signitures and pull reports to show hours worked.
The mobile app must work when no signal is available.

Site Contact Name (who requested the job)

Job Number (system generated maybe?)
Which employee raised the job sheet
Which engineer is the job assigned to
Customer Order Number
Date job was requested
Date job is to be carried out/booked in for
Type of job (Department 1/ Department 2/ Department 3)
Related quotation reference number
Description of the works requested to be carried out
Description of work actually completed
Any further works done that were not part of the original request (additional/chargeable)
Work outstanding (what is there still to do which needs rebooking in)
Date work completed
Travel time (this will be calculated from the post code automatically)
Site time
Parts used (needs to be a list with quantities)
Need to be able to take and upload photos
If we can attach documents to the job this will help.
Need to capture customer Signature
Need to email a PDF version of the signed sheet to the customer
Need to report on hours spent and any overtime
We could add check boxes for completed jobs like….
Managers authorisation the job is completed and no further engineering action is required
