Custom Joomla Component

I would like a custom component written for Joomla 3.x. The component will integrate a third party php application called Omnovia into Joomla Content Articles. The Omnovia PHP API is attached for you so most of the PHP is already done. The job requirements for payment are as follows:

1. Completion by 1/1/2015

2. Must be able to be installed using Joomla's built in component installer

3. must allow joomla administrator to use a tag to insert the chat room script into an article using joomla mark up code.

4. Must not break any Joomla functionality or the functionality of the Membership Pro component if it is also installed into a Joomla site.

5. Must integrate the "SSO API" with required menus to use it.

6. Must integrate the "User Management API" to sync joomla users with active paid membership plans in Membership Pro to Omnovia authorized users.

EDIT: Payment will not be done in phases. I am paying for a completed project, not half of one. Payment will be made in full within 48 hours of final testing and proof of function. If you have problems with this, look at my reviews, i have ALWAYS paid at completion and have nothing but positive reviews.

NOTE: Joomla 3.x, Membership Pro and ACYMailer are already installed and setup and working. Dont want confusion that i expected that done as well.
