Custom Estimate File or Program that will send out a PDF of the estimate to the customer once the fields are filled out and you hit submit

We have done over 100 similar projects where a form is filled out and a PDF file is dynamically created and then emailed. The person will fill out the form and then it will calculate the quote and dynamically place the information neatly on top of a blank PDF template you provide (you don't have to provide a template but good even if all it has is your logo at the top). It will them email them the quote so they can download the PDF quote. The price of the bid includes creating the form, calculating the quote, creating the PDF document dynamically, and delivering the PDF to you and the applicant.
