Cryptography with MD5 Algorithm

Write a program (Php) to demonstrate how a user authentication can be done safely by using MD5 (Message Digest) algorithm. Specifications: 1) Create a login window. 2) Register the new user details. 3) Store the details in the database. 4) Password should be saved in encrypted form. 5) While user logins, the given password should match with the decrypted passwords from the database. 6) Both encryption and decryption can be done using MD-5 algorithm. 7) Use the UTF-8 encoder to ensure that the strings which are encrypted or decrypted are in an 8-bit format. The above is specification of project. In that case, I already had login page and function,database which built with phpMyAdmin. So, I need the software part which is written for encrypt function with MD-5 Algorithm. Firstly, I need to give one password in database then need to match decryption function of that password with the password which has saved with encrypt function using MD-5 function from typing of user. That's I want to hire for doing part of my project. I have to get this software part within these weekdays. Then, this software part should match with phpMyAdmin database software and Wampserver software.
