Create s simple C# program

Project Description: I need a simple C# interface created. It consists of 2 forms. I have supplied an image of what each form has to look like. The main form is the image ProjectMain. When it opens it has to look like the image provided in the ProjectMain image. Including the font and font size. NO EXCEPTIONS. On the form is an Accounts TAB which has an accounts grid. This grid is populated from the Accounts table supplied in the attached Access file. When you Double click or press enter on a grid line in Accounts grid it brings up the Accounts form with the accounts record selected from the grid. The text and dropdown boxes on the ACCOUNT form match the fields in the Accounts table. Source is dropdown box populated from the Access table -> Source Salesperson dropdown box with one entry for selection - Geroge Stillwell Account Manager dropdown box with one entry for selection - Unassigned Account Type - dropdown box with one entry for selection - OTY Assigned To - dropdown box with one entry for selection - Jim Beam Contractor - dropdown box with 2 entries for selection - Employee Referral Save & Close button saves the changes and close form Save & New button saves changes and starts a new account. Coder must submit all source code. Coder must submit an install which installs the exe and Access datafile.
