Hi, I could offer a SOAP server in C++ although the category of this offer is PHP. If you need the server to be reliable, responsive and capable of processing large numbers of requests per second then a solution in C++ sounds a lot better. Please let me know if you're interested or simply ignore this offer if you're looking for a PHP solution.
