Hi, I just bid on the other similar job you posted. This bid's just for an iPad/iPhone module. One think to take into consideration, if you want to print to a thermal printer, then you ahve to use a PC/Mac as the host for the database, not host the database in the IOS devices since they only use Air Printers to print. Can't attach anything until you initiate contact.

I have been working with Filemaker for over a year, both in Filemaker Pro 12 and Filemaker Pro 13. I have been creating a database for a wholesale bakery that manages all of their paperwork, invoicing, rostering, purchase orders, etc. I have a lot of practice with making databases as simple as possible so it is easy for staff to learn how to use them. I could easily create the things you asked for, including recalling previous customers from their phone number, and using value lists for the street names. Maps I can do, and I have created a .xml file for a thermal printer before. Just let me know correct format and I am sure I could create a file that automatically exports to your printer. Do you own a copy of Filemaker Server? If you are using Filemaker Go, especially with your drivers, I would highly recommend it. If you need, I can assist you with buying the right type of licensing. I've attached a booklet I put together of one of the modules I've done for the wholesale bakery. It's a timeclock that manages where and when their employees have been working, and sends their employees newsletters and messages. It's not too similar to your project but I hope it shows that I am very competent with Filemaker.
