Control Application that don't support command line

I need an code that can help me do this.

I got this program call Boilsoft Video Converter.

Basically i input a video, input a subtitle, i select my output, e.g mp4, quality highest and i set it to convert.

Now i want it to be automatic, i can setup a cron which run a file every X minutes, the issue is , i want a code that can do what i do earlier on as mention

Can it be done? How much you want and I run this on window server, bid now and tell me how you going to get it going.

Take note this PROGRAM DOES NOT SUPPORT COMMAND LINE.
