Community builder plugin (Joomla 3.0)

I need a plugin for community builder that will show the results of an API from [login to view URL], I need it to read the api and give the output in a format that looks like this:[login to view URL] (see bottom left of main image) it will need to be displayed as a tab in Community builder and will pick up the address information from the user profile in Community builder, please only bid if you are completely sure you can deliver, I am prepared to pay a 10% deposit to start the project and the rest in stages if needs be once I see the progression, too many freelancers taking the money and running at the moment, thanks for looking.
