Catch all requests (nodejs/mongo)

We have some domains that are retired but people still keep hitting the urls. Today they just throw server errors and we can see the requests but I need a better way to track them. I need a nodejs app that will run and catch all http requests for a domain. This will get us the ability to see what pages are hot and from where are they coming. We need a hits page at [login to view URL] to be able to see all the pages bit during some period of time as well as the referrer to the page. Last I want to be able to redirect traffic to a specific place so after they hit our system we can send them to the new domain. ideally we have no admin of this system. Everything is public so we can reduce scope and development time.
