Backend interface to manage database

We need an interface for a database backend of a game. The database is containing different lists such as users, words, submissions. === SHORT DEADLINE === COMMUNICATION VIA SKYPE === Features needed: - Login - Sorting functions (Different filters) - Small statistics (Show timeframe, amount of submissions) - Identifying copies and avoiding them (Example: We already have X in the database and a submission is X) - Accepting and rejecting submissions (When accepted they get part of the database, if rejected they go to a blacklist) - Adding and deleting entries - Blacklist for submissions. If something was submitted and rejected it's not showing up again - The system needs to handle Umlaute - The systems needs to access a function to send out a manual push notification - The system should check submissions upfront on a website and display the result (OK or NO) === Deadline: September, 23. === NO DELAY POSSIBLE!!! ===
