I am looking for an expert computer programmer that can develop a difficult automated software. This automated software will consist of doing complicated tasks, that are dynamic. This automated software will have to use socket proxies, it will check validity of each proxy then decide which are good or bad to use. Even though I stated that this software will be difficult to develop. I have no doubt in my mind that it is impossible, to make things better, there are people that have developed them already. please bid ONLY if you understand what I wrote above. \ Automated software can be developed in C++/PHP/C Sharp or Java / Thank you!
