Advertising website for consumer-to-consumer

The site that I want to set up is an advertising site that brings Dutch buyers and sellers together for the ticket market, but a more safety site as the already (Dutch) exists sites. In the Netherlands you can compare it with a marketplace www.marktplaats.nl. Only I want to focus myself on a Dutch niche market (tickets). If there is enough traffic to my website, I want to expand and give companies as well the change to sell tickets on my site. The site that I want to develop is a site that brings buyers and sellers together. The seller can place an advertisement on the website and buyers can bid on this advertisement. I want to develop a website only for tickets (example zoo tickets, hotel tickets etc), because in this niche market there is so much fraud in the Netherlands. The communication is something between the buyer and seller. This is the same as by the already existing websites. The difference is that the seller must fill in more information by creating his profile, such like his last six numbers of his bank account. When there is an agreement between seller and buyer he has to use an installed button to send the buyer the information. Before the seller has to use the button he has only to complete his bank number, the amount that the buyer has to pay and a subscription of the ticket. In this button he can’t change the last 6 numbers of his bank number and his name. After several complaints about the vendor we can delete this profile immediately. When someone is trying to create a profile with the same last six numbers of this bank account we’ve to block this profile automatically. If there is any questions, let me know.
