Add a printer friendly button to web pages

Hello,

I would like to add a printer friendly button to a website so that when clicked, it will print the contents of: <div class="middle"> with some sort of a header containing an image that we will provide later.

I do not like the way the current code works because I have to exclude items I do not want printed.
