Requirements:
1. Display Total Shipping Charge (include destination rate and weight-based rates calculation) per shipping plan and Delivery Date per shipping plan on [url removed, login to view] page.
2. And then Customer can choose shipping plan on the same page.
3. Total Shipping Charge support different currencies.
Remarks:
1. We provide PHP calculation formula and mysql database (shipping plan, destination rate, weight-based rate, delivery date).
2. Different weight-based rate for each shipping plan and each country.
3. Different destination rate for each shipping plan and each country.
4. Different delivery date for each shipping plan and each country.
5. All input rates are Hong Kong Dollars.
