Hi I am experienced in cybersource payment gateway. I visit your site. Did you upgrade your cybersource merchant account to live mode? Does your previous developer show you that they can place order via cybersource universal demo account and also did they confirm you they have successfully placed order when your merchant account in test mode. thanks jip
