combine php files and db into 1 with js

I have a fb application that has several php files and mysql db. I need the script to be edited/condensed in this way: I need to have it combined into one file ([login to view URL]) with a js menu that will be able to load the correct content based on what button they select in the menu. I also need the db eliminated so that the gifts can be loaded via text right into the [login to view URL] file on thier machine when they are editing the code by hand. No web based admin is needed. Just 1 file (index.php_ that can have all detailed edited by editing the code to that 1 file.
