Create Paid to Post Vbulletin scripts

I would like to outsource someone to develop plugins for my vbulletin forum. The list of plugins I need written are as follows: -Currency gained per post/Currency gained per Thread (Different amounts earned for each) (I understand there's already plugins for that but I'd rather pay for a complete package.) And Currency removed if post/thread deleted. -Request payout page. (Have it so I can set the payout values and receive notification when someone requests.) -Referral script where anyone referrers earn xx% of currency off of their refferee's posts. Also need the value easily editable. -Currency gained in only the first xx posts per day, any posts after they hit the limit that day earns no currency. -Homepage Portal, this is debatable, I can possibly outsource elsewhere for this. There may be some other little things I need to request, if interested in the project, leave how much you'd be willing to do for it and your estimated time of completion. Thanks!
