Backend of website to be built

We have built an Insurance Comparison website, the Site is built, so NO TENDER FOR BUILDING A SITE THAT IS ALREADY BUILT. Here is what we need doing: PART A: When the client clicks "Get Quote" they are taken to forms which they need to fill out on our website. We need these forms built complete with logo and keeping with the appearance of the website. |Logo and colour scheme will be provided. You will need different forms for car insurance, house insurance etc. The details we will need the client to fill in will be provided, i.e. the questions The quotes come back to our website in 60 seconds and are listed in order of cheapest to most expensive, the client can also see on their screen what is included and not included in the quotes, They can click the logos and can compare up to 4 quotes in more detail. There is also a button which says "More Info" if they click this it gives more information on the quote and the provider. There is also a button which says "Buy Now" which when they click this they are taken to the providers website checkout, the client buys on the providers website not ours, On the sale the provider will know we gave them the sale, this is also something that needs to be built in, any sale we give the provider the provider needs to know also we need to know. How this is done must be built into the process. Once the client gets quotes they have the ability to save these quotes for later viewing. There email address is their login name and they must choose a password when they are filling out the forms, these must be emailed to them so they know there login name and password when they choose to retrieve their quotes. The system automatically emails them their quotes which it received from the providers Also the following day the system should re-email them there quotes if they have not purchased. PART B: All forms that are filled out on our website the details must be stored on our site, so we can access them for sales, promotions etc. Know when their due date is next etc so we can contact them automatically. We should have the ability to pull up from our data base, any policies due within i.e. the next 2 months / 2 weeks etc, and be able to email them. We should be able to see our sales
