Classifieds Website Development

We are appreciative of your time in reviewing our project.... We need to have a classifieds website developed with both admin and user interfaces that works and functions like the following website.([login to view URL]) apart from the graphics, that will need to be designed around our company's logo, and apart from a couple of smaller functions and some minor wording changes, we are looking to have our website function nearly the same. In other words, this website serves as a nearly perfect blueprint as to what we want to have developed and should be reviewed to address most all questions. We need this website to perform certain functions, such as: 1.) allow users to create accounts with a email username & password. These accounts will offer certain features, (e.g., dashboard for favorites, others who have marked that same item as a favorite too, personal items posted & status, features to mark as sold / pending / or delete, etc.) 2.) Ability to post adds that will feature specific information, pics, and ability to contact, etc. These posts will be FREE to anybody. Needs to include user agreement capability too. 3.) Ability to post "Featured Adds" which will appear on both home screen as a highlight and as a highlight within item specific search. This feature will cost money as an extra....will require ability for website to accept payment in the form of credit cards or paypal...(Merchant Account) 4.) Ability to place advertisements....in various locations throughout website. Has to have ability to track the status of advertisements, (e.g., # of clicks / links, traffic, etc.) 5.) Want tight / clean design work & graphics - working with logos and ideas from creators / owners...this includes clean fonts, spacing, and feel. 6.) Directional tabs at both top and bottom that link to key information or search topics, (e.g., home, categories, events calendar, blog, forums, contact, about, etc.) 7.) blog site creation link 8.) Forum site creation link 9.) Events calendar - working calendar for admin users only to add events as needed. 10.) Optimization for Google search, etc. (SEO) 11.) Social medial links to facebook, pintrest, youtube channel, etc. 12.) Training 13.) Possible hosting & support?? (Optional) We are looking to have our website developed in Wordpress, preferably with a classifieds template from [login to view URL], ([login to view URL]), similar to the website mentioned above (alternatives will be considered). Milestone allocation payments will be made to cover third party templates / code as an expense if needed. Please note that the function, features, and most wording / text, of the sample site are what we are looking for. If the general layout is close, that's OK. If the graphics and design are simple, but complement the logo, That's OK too. Simple is OK. We will available to collaborate regularly together as needed to help ensure project quality and that all parties are on the same page. NOTE: Possible hourly work available upon project completion for 'future site maintenance and other. We are looking to start this project ASAP. Our scheduled project completion date is Wed, October 11th (17days). Trial / test / and de-bug from: Saturday, October 12th to Monday, October 14th. Final Launch Date: No later than Wednesday, October 16th. We are ready to provide domains, needed wording, logo formats, and Merchant account info, Advertisers info, and all other project related info...(We are ready).
