Article Website (PSD Available)

The project is going to be a website, that contains articles submitted by users, and get accepted by admin, there will be many special features needed as listed below: 1- Users can submit articles that describe what they think about different local stores. 2- Other users can rate/comment/share the article. 3- Every user will have a profile on the website, with his/her most viewed, highest rated, whatever...etc. 4- Search needs to be powerful, as users can search using store name, user, category. 5- Users can sign up normally or use Facebook/Twitter integration. 6- Homepage will contain, top articles/discussions and so on. 7- Other sections of the website, might be forums/galleries/videos (Not sure about this point but expect some of that) Finally, this is what we think the site will have, some additions might come up later, also any suggestions would help, we are looking for someone dedicated who can do it in a short period with high quality. PSD (with full design) will be available for homepage and inner pages.
