This project involves building a set of simple data entry screens (and a basic menu that links them together) in order to allow data test data population into 40 Mysql tables (see attached data model and database definition files). These screens will be used to populate test data into the database so they need to meet the following basic criteria: - Foreign key relationships enforced by UI (FK indexes will be setup but there will be no foreign keys in the DB). - Default values specified in database schema defaulted in UI (e.g. if an indicator has a default value of 'Y', it should show up defaulted as 'Y' in the data entry page). - Columns that have enumerated values specified (i.e. enum fields) have those values enforced in the data entry page (i.e. if a column enum is 'Y','N' only rthose values will be accepted by the UI). - Required (not null) fields in the database are required in the UI. Ideally, this work would be done using the Django Administration SIte but other cost-effective proposals will also be considered. Development of this work should be performed on your server. You will be provided with access to our test server to deploy and configure your code for our acceptance testing. This code must run on Debian Lenny with the stable distribution of packages (Mysql, Apache 2, python 2.5, Django, etc..). Only bid on this project if you are able to start this work by 2/8/2010 and complete this project by 2/22/2010.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
