Application to Collect Twitter Screen Names and Data

I need a script made that will collect screen names and url's to their profiles and pile them into a text file.
I don't want the tweets, just the name of the account and the link to the profile, nothing else.
If you can utilize the Twitter API, that would be great. (Preferred)
Text file should look like this:
[screen name],[complete url to account profile]
