develop e learning lessons

would like someone to take my hard copies of lesson plans, and turn them into e learning lesson plans, so that they can be done on the net at the students own pace, there are 14 lesson individual plans in the railway industry for certificate I and II in rail operations. I would also like an account system, where as they pay they get another lesson plan.......... ## Deliverables this project consist of taking 14 hard copy lesson plans for Certificate I and II in rail operations and changing them into an online lessons, via e learing, the studnets will need to log on, and when they have completed their lesson they will be told if they have passed the theory part or not. then to gain access to another lesson, they will need to pay a further amount to allow them access, so on till they complete all 14 modules. that will be the theory component done, then they need to complete the practical to achieve there certificate. if this is successfull there will me other lesson plans to develop
