code changes to CMS wordpress website- only to the main page

we would like to make code change to incoporate the below changes to my website: [[url removed, login to view]][1] on the main page:
1) add another box on the left hand side of the main page like articles and link's box which will be called videos
2) the video box will be above the link's and article's box
3) embed a video into the video box so that people will be able to click play (there will be a picture embedded into the box)
4) add links below the embedded video from secotion 3 above to more videos below. the links will be added by me like I add a regular post for a new article or a new property. The links will be attached to the video which will be uploaded to the website before.
