betfair / betdaq bot

I require an automated betting application that logs into my betfair and betdaq accounts, I will input my current comission rates. It then needs to pull back that days greyhound races a both sites and if I can arb a selection between the 2 it needs to place the back bet at one site and the lay at the other (taking comission into account) i need to be able to set the min max bet on each side and also have a daily stop loss /profit figure. i will select the races / meetings where the bot should run for that day Where the bet isnt matched on both sites the order will be cancelled and the bot should attempt to lay / back the selection to break even at the site where the bet was matched. The bot can e hosted either on local pc or on a server if you can reccomend one
